Stephen Wing*

Stephen Wing graduated from Western University Law School (Ontario) in 1991 and became a lawyer in British Columbia in 1994. Stephen’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, business law and Wills and Estates. He is a long-time resident of Northern BC, having been born and raised in Fort Nelson. When he is not in the office, Stephen enjoys endurance sports and activities and has completed numerous marathons and Ironman triathlons.

Cliff Shields

Cliff graduated with degrees from the University of Northern B.C. (B.Sc.) and UBC (LL.B.). He articled with a national law firm in Vancouver before relocating to his hometown of Prince George in 2003 to practice. Cliff’s expertise includes real estate transactions and conveyancing, business law and Wills and estate planning, probate and administration and he prides himself on providing practical, cost-effective legal services to clients. In the past, he has taught business law at the College of New Caledonia and his volunteer efforts have included work with the Prince George Community Foundation and the UNBC Land Trust. Outside of work, Cliff enjoys travelling, camping, hiking and fishing with family and friends in beautiful northern British Columbia.
